About The Cutting Room

On this site, you can make videos using footage and outtakes produced during the making of the feature film Here for Life. The clips available to use for your video were selected using a computer script that queried nearly 500 hours of video based on the names of the cast members and recurring objects and actions.

Here for Life follows the experiences of 10 people living in London whose lives have been shaped by love and loss, trauma and bravery, struggle and resistance. These short videos you generate give a glimpse of these rarely seen London lives.
